Welcome to the Keles Research Group!

We are interested in statistical and computational genomics. Our reseach concerns developing and applying statistical methods for problems that arise in genome biology. We are in the Departments of Statistics and Biostatistics & Medical Informatics at the University of Wisconsin, Madison. We are also affiliated with the Computation and Informatics in Biology and Medicine (CIBM) Program and Genome Center of Wisconsin.
